As a full member of the Joint Committee for the Construction Industry (PC124), Fema plays an active role in sectoral negotiations. In collaboration with contractors\u2019 organizations, we negotiate biennially on collective labor agreements regarding wages and working conditions within the building materials trade. In addition, Fema is involved in various non-commercial initiatives within the construction value chain, with a strong focus on collaboration and sustainable development. To support our members in running a healthy and future-oriented business, we focus on three key themes: training, digitalization, and sustainability. In terms of training, Fema offers a wide range of recognized courses, fully tailored to the needs of building materials dealers.
