class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The definition of a workplace accident is set forth in the April 10, 1971<a href=\"https:\/\/employment.belgium.be\/en\/themes\/well-being-workers\/occupational-accidents\"><strong> Workplace Accident Act<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a41932 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a41932\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Article 7 of this law states the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-743a9b0 elementor-blockquote--skin-boxed elementor-blockquote--button-color-official elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"743a9b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<i> For the purposes of this law, an accident at work is any accident that happens to an employee during and through the fact of the performance of the labor contract and that causes an injury. The accident occurring during the performance of the contract shall, subject to proof to the contrary, be deemed to have occurred due to the fact of the performance of that contract. Also considered an accident at work is the accident that happened to an employee outside the performance of his contract but was caused by a third party due to the performance of the contract.<\/i>\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7f30b8 elementor-widget
