II. 1-6, \u00a7 1, 2\u00b0, a. of the Codex <\/strong><\/a> to prepare a <strong>monthly report<\/strong> or <strong>quarterly<\/strong> <strong>report<\/strong> in addition to the Global Prevention Plan, Annual Action Plan and Annual Report. Yet, in practice, we see that quite a few companies are still unsure what exactly this entails and why it can be beneficial for their welfare policy. Depending on the size of the company or institution, they are responsible for preparing a m<strong>onthly report or a quarterly report<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Each enterprise is divided into groups A, B, C or D based on their size and risk level. All enterprises in <strong>group A<\/strong> (more than 1,000 employees or high risk level), <strong>group B<\/strong> (200 to 1,000 employees or high risk) and <strong>group C+<\/strong> (between 50 and 200 employees) are required to prepare a monthly report <u>every month<\/u>. The enterprises falling under <strong>group C- <\/strong>( between 20 and 50 employees) and <strong>group D<\/strong> (less than 20 employees) should prepare a monthly report <u>every three months<\/u> <a href=\"https:\/\/werk.belgie.be\/sites\/default\/files\/content\/documents\/Welzijn%20op%20het%20werk\/Regelgeving\/Codex%20boek%20I%20titel%202%20Algemene%20beginselen%20betreffende%20het%20welzijnsbeleid.pdf\">(<strong>(Codex art. The report has a set structure that a company can rely on. It consists of seven blocks which are briefly listed below. Using the following questions, you can prepare a monthly report for your organisation.
