External Guest Access<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-cd73adc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"cd73adc\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7e1f833\" data-id=\"7e1f833\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5eac04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5eac04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden (\u2018Voorwaarden\u2019) regelen de toegang van externe gastgebruikers (\u2018u\u2019, \u2018gastgebruiker\u2019) tot bronnen die door PREVOM BV, Molenstraat 167, 2840 Rumst, Belgi\u00eb (\u2018het bedrijf\u2019, \u2018wij\u2019, \u2018ons\u2019, \u2018onze\u2019) beschikbaar worden gesteld via onze Microsoft Entra ID-tenant, waarbij u zich authenticeert met een externe identiteit (met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot, een Google-account of een Entra ID-account dat toebehoort aan een andere organisatie).<\/p><p>Door deze Voorwaarden te aanvaarden wanneer u hierom wordt gevraagd bij het inloggen, gaat u ermee akkoord hieraan gebonden te zijn. Indien u hiermee niet akkoord gaat, mag u niet doorgaan en krijgt u geen toegang tot de betreffende bronnen. <\/p><h4>1. Definities<\/h4><p>Gastgebruiker: een externe persoon die niet in dienst is van de Vennootschap en die wordt uitgenodigd om toegang te krijgen tot specifieke hulpmiddelen binnen de Microsoft Entra ID-tenant van de Vennootschap via een externe identiteitsprovider.<\/p><p>Hulpmiddelen: de toepassingen, websites, bestanden of systemen binnen de tenant van de Vennootschap waarvoor u specifiek bent uitgenodigd.<\/p><p>Tenant: de Microsoft Entra ID-omgeving van de Vennootschap waarin externe identiteiten worden gefedereerd voor gasttoegang.<\/p><h4>2. Omvang van de Toegang<\/h4><p>De toegang die op grond van deze Voorwaarden wordt verleend, is beperkt tot de specifieke Hulpmiddelen waarvoor u door de Vennootschap of een gemachtigde vertegenwoordiger van de Vennootschap bent uitgenodigd. De toegang strekt zich niet uit tot andere systemen, gegevens of hulpmiddelen binnen de Tenant, tenzij deze afzonderlijk en uitdrukkelijk worden verleend. <\/p><p>Uw toegang wordt uitsluitend verstrekt voor het zakelijke doel waarvoor u bent uitgenodigd (bijvoorbeeld samenwerking met de Vennootschap of een vertegenwoordiger van de Vennootschap) en mag niet voor andere doeleinden worden gebruikt.<\/p><h4>3. Verplichtingen van de Gastgebruiker<\/h4><p>Als Gastgebruiker stemt u ermee in dat u:<\/p><ul><li>de Hulpmiddelen uitsluitend gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor toegang is verleend;<\/li><li>uw inloggegevens van de externe identiteitsprovider veilig bewaart en deze niet deelt met anderen;<\/li><li>niet probeert toegang te verkrijgen tot Hulpmiddelen, gegevens of systemen buiten de reikwijdte van uw uitnodiging;<\/li><li>geen schadelijke code uploadt, verzendt of introduceert en niet probeert de Tenant of Hulpmiddelen te verstoren of te compromitteren;<\/li><li>alle toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving naleeft, waaronder regelgeving inzake gegevensbescherming; en<\/li><li>PREVOM BV onmiddellijk informeert via it@prevom.be wanneer u zich bewust wordt van onbevoegde toegang tot uw account of de Hulpmiddelen.<\/li><\/ul><h4>4. Gegevensbescherming<\/h4><p>De Vennootschap verwerkt persoonsgegevens die worden ontvangen van uw externe identiteitsprovider (zoals uw naam, e-mailadres en organisatie) om uw gasttoegang toe te kennen, te beheren en te registreren, overeenkomstig ons <a href=\"https:\/\/prevom.be\/fr\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">Privacybeleid<\/a><\/p><p>Wanneer de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (EU) 2016\/679 van toepassing is, kunt u uw rechten als betrokkene uitoefenen zoals beschreven in dat Privacybeleid.<\/p><p>De Vennootschap vertrouwt op de authenticatie- en beveiligingsmaatregelen van uw externe identiteitsprovider (bijvoorbeeld Google of de Microsoft Entra ID-tenant van een andere organisatie) om uw identiteit te verifi\u00ebren en ontvangt of bewaart niet het wachtwoord van dat externe account.<\/p><h4>5. Vertrouwelijkheid<\/h4><p>Alle niet-openbare informatie waartoe u toegang krijgt via de Hulpmiddelen moet als vertrouwelijk worden behandeld en uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor toegang is verleend. U mag dergelijke informatie niet aan derden bekendmaken zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de Vennootschap, behalve wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is. <\/p><h4>6. Geen Garantie<\/h4><p>De Hulpmiddelen worden geleverd \u00ab\u00a0zoals ze zijn\u00a0\u00bb en \u00ab\u00a0zoals beschikbaar\u00a0\u00bb. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan wijst de Vennootschap alle expliciete en impliciete garanties af met betrekking tot de Hulpmiddelen, waaronder beschikbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid en geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel. <\/p><p>De Vennootschap garandeert niet dat toegang via uw externe identiteitsprovider ononderbroken of foutloos zal zijn en is niet verantwoordelijk voor storingen of incidenten die afkomstig zijn van die provider.<\/p><h4>7. Be\u00ebindiging en Intrekking van Toegang<\/h4><p>De Vennootschap kan uw gasttoegang op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving intrekken of opschorten, onder meer wanneer het doel waarvoor toegang werd verleend is ge\u00ebindigd, wanneer deze Voorwaarden worden geschonden of als onderdeel van periodieke toegangsbeoordelingen.<\/p><p>Uw toegang en uw aanvaarding van deze Voorwaarden kunnen eveneens vervallen of hernieuwing vereisen overeenkomstig het levenscyclusbeleid voor gasttoegang van de Vennootschap.<\/p><h4>8. Toepasselijk Recht<\/h4><p>Op deze Voorwaarden is Belgisch recht van toepassing, met uitsluiting van de regels inzake conflictenrecht. Indien u een consument binnen de EU bent, geniet u eveneens van de dwingende bepalingen van het recht van uw woonland. <\/p><h4>9. Wijzigingen van deze Voorwaarden<\/h4><p>De Vennootschap kan deze Voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd wijzigen. Indien de Voorwaarden worden bijgewerkt, kan u worden gevraagd deze opnieuw te aanvaarden voordat u verdere toegang krijgt tot de Hulpmiddelen. <\/p><h4>10. Contact<\/h4><p>Vragen over deze Voorwaarden kunnen worden gericht aan: <a href=\"mailto:info@prevom.be\">info@prevom.be<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-39b0d3c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"39b0d3c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2e36b17\" data-id=\"2e36b17\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-238408f elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\" data-id=\"238408f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"menu-anchor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-menu-anchor\" id=\"termsofusefr\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95e2937 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"95e2937\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d0d280 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d0d280\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Fran\u00e7ais:<\/strong><\/h3><p>Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions d&rsquo;utilisation (\u00ab Conditions \u00bb) r\u00e9gissent l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s des utilisateurs invit\u00e9s externes (\u00ab Vous \u00bb, \u00ab Utilisateur invit\u00e9 \u00bb) aux ressources mises \u00e0 disposition par PREVOM BV, Molenstraat 167, 2840 Rumst, Belgique (\u00ab la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb, \u00ab Nous \u00bb, \u00ab Notre \u00bb) via notre locataire Microsoft Entra ID, lorsque vous vous authentifiez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une identit\u00e9 externe (y compris, mais sans s&rsquo;y limiter, un compte Google ou un compte Entra ID appartenant \u00e0 une autre organisation).<\/p><p>En acceptant ces Conditions lors de votre connexion, vous acceptez d&rsquo;\u00eatre li\u00e9 par celles-ci. Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas d&rsquo;accord, vous ne devez pas poursuivre et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux ressources concern\u00e9es ne vous sera pas accord\u00e9. <\/p><h4>1. D\u00e9finitions<\/h4><p><strong>Utilisateur invit\u00e9<\/strong> : personne externe non employ\u00e9e par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et invit\u00e9e \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ressources sp\u00e9cifiques au sein du locataire Microsoft Entra ID de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 via un fournisseur d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 externe.<\/p><p><strong>Ressources<\/strong> : applications, sites, fichiers ou syst\u00e8mes du locataire de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 auxquels vous \u00eates sp\u00e9cifiquement invit\u00e9 \u00e0 acc\u00e9der.<\/p><p><strong>Locataire<\/strong> : environnement Microsoft Entra ID de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 au travers duquel les identit\u00e9s externes sont f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s invit\u00e9.<\/p><h4>2. Port\u00e9e de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s<\/h4><p>L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s accord\u00e9 en vertu des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions est limit\u00e9 aux Ressources sp\u00e9cifiques pour lesquelles vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou un repr\u00e9sentant autoris\u00e9 de celle-ci.<\/p><p>Votre acc\u00e8s est fourni uniquement pour le besoin professionnel ayant motiv\u00e9 votre invitation et ne peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres fins.<\/p><h4>3. Obligations de l&rsquo;utilisateur invit\u00e9<\/h4><p>Vous vous engagez \u00e0 :<\/p><ul><li>utiliser les Ressources uniquement aux fins pour lesquelles l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 ;<\/li><li>conserver en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 les informations d&rsquo;authentification de votre fournisseur d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 externe ;<\/li><li>ne pas tenter d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ressources hors du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de votre invitation ;<\/li><li>ne pas introduire de code malveillant ni compromettre le Locataire ou les Ressources ;<\/li><li>respecter toutes les lois applicables, y compris celles relatives \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es ;<\/li><li>informer rapidement la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;adresse it@prevom.be de tout acc\u00e8s non autoris\u00e9 constat\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><h4>4. Protection des donn\u00e9es<\/h4><p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 traite les donn\u00e9es personnelles re\u00e7ues de votre fournisseur d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 externe (nom, adresse \u00e9lectronique, organisation, etc.) afin d&rsquo;accorder, g\u00e9rer et enregistrer votre acc\u00e8s invit\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 notre <a href=\"https:\/\/prevom.be\/fr\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">Politique de confidentialit\u00e9.<\/a><\/p><p>Lorsque le R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la Protection des Donn\u00e9es (UE) 2016\/679 s&rsquo;applique, vous pouvez exercer vos droits conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette politique.<\/p><p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s&rsquo;appuie sur les m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;authentification et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de votre fournisseur d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 externe pour v\u00e9rifier votre identit\u00e9 et ne re\u00e7oit ni ne stocke le mot de passe associ\u00e9 \u00e0 ce compte externe.<\/p><h4>5. Confidentialit\u00e9<\/h4><p>Toute information non publique \u00e0 laquelle vous acc\u00e9dez via les Ressources doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme confidentielle et utilis\u00e9e uniquement dans le cadre pour lequel l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9.<\/p><h4>6. Absence de garantie<\/h4><p>Les Ressources sont fournies \u00ab en l&rsquo;\u00e9tat \u00bb et \u00ab selon disponibilit\u00e9 \u00bb. Dans la mesure maximale autoris\u00e9e par la loi applicable, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 exclut toute garantie expresse ou implicite concernant les Ressources. <\/p><h4>7. R\u00e9siliation et r\u00e9vocation de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s<\/h4><p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut r\u00e9voquer ou suspendre votre acc\u00e8s invit\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment et sans pr\u00e9avis.<\/p><p>Votre acc\u00e8s et votre acceptation des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions peuvent \u00e9galement expirer ou n\u00e9cessiter un renouvellement conform\u00e9ment aux politiques de gestion du cycle de vie des acc\u00e8s invit\u00e9s de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><h4>8. Droit applicable<\/h4><p>Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions sont r\u00e9gies par le droit belge, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exclusion des r\u00e8gles de conflit de lois. Si vous \u00eates un consommateur de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez \u00e9galement des dispositions imp\u00e9ratives applicables dans votre pays de r\u00e9sidence. <\/p><h4>9. Modifications des Conditions<\/h4><p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut modifier les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions \u00e0 tout moment. En cas de mise \u00e0 jour, il pourra vous \u00eatre demand\u00e9 de les accepter \u00e0 nouveau avant de poursuivre l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux Ressources. <\/p><h4>10. If You do not agree, You must not proceed and will not be granted access to the relevant resources. <\/p><h4>1. Definitions<\/h4><p><a name=\"_Toc164197718\"><\/a>Guest User means an external individual, not employed by the Company, who is invited to access specified resources within the Company&rsquo;s Microsoft Entra ID tenant using an external identity provider.<\/p><p>Resources means the applications, sites, files, or systems within the Company&rsquo;s tenant that You are specifically invited to access.<\/p><p>Tenant means the Company&rsquo;s Microsoft Entra ID environment through which external identities are federated for guest access.<\/p><h4>2. Scope of Access<\/h4><p>Access granted under these Terms is limited to the specific Resources for which You have been invited by the Company or by an authorized Company representative. Access does not extend to any other systems, data, or resources within the Tenant unless separately and expressly granted. <\/p><p>Your access is provided solely for the business purpose for which You were invited (e.g., collaboration with the Company or a Company representative) and may not be used for any other purpose.<\/p><h4>3. Guest User Obligations<\/h4><p>As a Guest User, You agree that You will:<\/p><ul><li>use the Resources only for the purpose for which access was granted;<\/li><li>keep Your external identity provider credentials secure and not share them with any other person;<\/li><li>not attempt to access Resources, data, or systems beyond the scope of Your invitation;<\/li><li>not upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Tenant or Resources;<\/li><li>comply with all applicable laws, including data protection law, in Your use of the Resources; and<\/li><li>promptly notify the Company at it@prevom.be if You become aware of unauthorized access to Your account or to the Resources.<\/li><\/ul><h4>4. Data Protection<\/h4><p>The Company processes personal data received from Your external identity provider (such as Your name, email address, and organization) in order to grant, manage, and log Your guest access, in accordance with Our <a href=\"https:\/\/prevom.be\/fr\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 applies, You may exercise Your rights as a data subject as described in that Privacy Policy. <\/p><p>The Company relies on the authentication and security controls of Your external identity provider (e.g., Google or another organization&rsquo;s Microsoft Entra ID tenant) to verify Your identity and does not receive or store the password associated with that external account.<\/p><h4>5. Confidentiality<\/h4><p>Any non-public information You access through the Resources must be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose for which access was granted. You must not disclose such information to any third party without the Company&rsquo;s prior written consent, except as required by law. <\/p><h4>6. No Warranty<\/h4><p>The Resources are provided to You &lsquo;as is&rsquo; and &lsquo;as available&rsquo;. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Resources, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that access via Your external identity provider will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not responsible for outages or incidents originating from that provider.  <\/p><h4>7. Termination and Revocation of Access<\/h4><p>The Company may revoke or suspend Your guest access at any time, without prior notice, including where the purpose for which access was granted has ended, where these Terms are breached, or as part of periodic access reviews. Your access and Your acceptance of these Terms may also expire or require renewal in accordance with the Company&rsquo;s guest access lifecycle policies. <\/p><h4>8. Governing Law<\/h4><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, excluding its conflict of law rules. If You are an EU consumer, You will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence. <\/p><h4>9. Changes to these Terms<\/h4><p>The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Where the Terms are updated, You may be asked to re-accept them before continuing to access the Resources. <\/p><h4>10.
