Il est n\u00e9cessaire <strong>d&rsquo;obtenir l&rsquo;accord pr\u00e9alable du <a href=\"https:\/\/emploi.belgique.be\/fr\/themes\/concertation-sociale\/organes-et-procedures-de-concertation-dans-lentreprise-ce-cppt-ds-etc-2\">Comit\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection au travail (CPPT)<\/a> ou d&rsquo;un organe de substitution. <\/strong>Cela vaut tant pour les remplacements temporaires que pour les remplacements permanents d&rsquo;un conseiller en pr\u00e9vention interne.<br \/>Les entreprises de moins de 50 travailleurs n&rsquo;ont souvent pas de CPPT. Dans ce cas, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale prend le relais et donne le feu vert au remplacement.
