elementor-size-default\">Qu'est-ce que la loi sur le bien-\u00eatre?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8fbd8a elementor-widget href=\"https:\/\/emploi.belgique.be\/fr\/themes\/bien-etre-au-travail\"><strong>La loi sur le bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/a> est une loi de base compl\u00e8te en vigueur dans toute la Belgique qui se concentre sur le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs pendant l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de leur travail.<br \/>Par rapport \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, cette loi est tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8te et couvre beaucoup plus de domaines. Cette loi est rest\u00e9e en vigueur pendant des d\u00e9cennies. Cependant, la l\u00e9gislation est parfois en retard sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, comme les d\u00e9veloppements technologiques et les changements soci\u00e9taux. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, le 15 juin 1989, l&rsquo;UE a introduit la directive-cadre 89\/391 sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9vention, \u00e0 la suite de laquelle <strong>la loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 <\/strong>et<strong> l&rsquo;ARAB <\/strong>ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9es <strong>inad\u00e9quates<\/strong>.<br \/>Cette nouvelle directive a entra\u00een\u00e9 une r\u00e9forme compl\u00e8te du cadre juridique, qui a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;actuelle<strong> loi sur le bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>, publi\u00e9e<strong> le 18 septembre 1996<\/strong> pour <strong>succ\u00e9der <\/strong>\u00e0 <strong>la loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce changement a \u00e9galement touch\u00e9 l&rsquo;ARAB, qui se <strong>transforme en \u00ab\u00a0Codex\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Bien que le transfert du contenu de l&rsquo;ARAB vers le nouveau Codex soit en grande partie termin\u00e9, cette transition n&rsquo;est pas encore achev\u00e9e.
