Ces obligations d\u00e9pendent du secteur, de la taille de l&rsquo;entreprise et de l&rsquo;impact environnemental de ses activit\u00e9s. Ce rapport doit \u00eatre remis au plus tard le 14 mars et contient des donn\u00e9es group\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;impact environnemental de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p><p>Les donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;IMJV sont utilis\u00e9es par l&rsquo;Agence publique des d\u00e9chets de Flandre (OVAM), l&rsquo;Agence flamande de l&rsquo;environnement (VMM) et l&rsquo;Agence flamande de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et du climat (VEKA) pour les rapports europ\u00e9ens et internationaux.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlaanderen.be\/integraal-milieujaarverslag\/online-imjv-loket\"><strong>Le bureau IMJV en ligne<\/strong><\/a> est utilis\u00e9 pour soumettre le rapport qui, en plus des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, comprend des donn\u00e9es sur les \u00e9missions atmosph\u00e9riques, la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, les \u00e9missions d&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;utilisation des eaux souterraines, la gestion des d\u00e9chets et les volumes de production. Les parties \u00e0 remplir d\u00e9pendent des activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7ee2a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c7ee2a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Consommation d'eau souterraine et redevance sur les rejets d'eaux us\u00e9es <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b43154f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b43154f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les particuliers et les entreprises doivent payer une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vmm.be\/water\/heffingen\/bereken-je-heffing\/berekening-voor-bedrijven-en-instellingen#section-2\"><strong>redevance <\/strong><\/a>pour le traitement des eaux us\u00e9es et l&rsquo;utilisation des eaux souterraines. Les entreprises sont souvent de gros consommateurs et doivent d\u00e9clarer leur consommation d&rsquo;eau (souterraine) avant le 15 mars de chaque ann\u00e9e via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vmm.be\/water\/heffingen\/doe-je-aangifte\"><strong>le guichet num\u00e9rique de la redevance<\/strong><\/a>. En janvier, les grands consommateurs re\u00e7oivent les lettres de d\u00e9claration avec les codes d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au guichet.  <\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises peuvent opter pour un calcul bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es de mesure des eaux us\u00e9es rejet\u00e9es (campagne de mesure par un laboratoire accr\u00e9dit\u00e9) ou pour une m\u00e9thode de calcul forfaitaire (coefficients de conversion sp\u00e9cifiques au secteur).<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises qui assurent elles-m\u00eames le traitement de leurs eaux us\u00e9es choisissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le calcul bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es de mesure, car cette option est souvent plus avantageuse que les redevances forfaitaires.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;information sur les mat\u00e9riaux <a href=\"https:\/\/ovam.vlaanderen.be\/materialen-informatiesysteem\"><strong>(MATIS<\/strong><\/a>), qui surveille la production de d\u00e9chets et suit le processus de recyclage et l&rsquo;application dans de nouveaux produits.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les entreprises class\u00e9es dans la cat\u00e9gorie 2 : collecteurs de d\u00e9chets commerciaux (IHM), collecteurs de d\u00e9chets m\u00e9nagers, transformateurs de d\u00e9chets et stockage et transbordement de d\u00e9chets communiquent les donn\u00e9es relatives aux d\u00e9chets Cela n&rsquo;est possible que si vous \u00eates responsable de l&#8217;emballage C (d\u00e9ballage des produits) ou si vous organisez vous-m\u00eame la reprise des d\u00e9chets d&#8217;emballages de vos clients.<\/p><p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi vous pouvez \u00e9galement adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 une organisation agr\u00e9\u00e9e qui se chargera des formalit\u00e9s \u00e0 votre place. Cette obligation de reprise comprend une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;obligations \u00e0 respecter : l&rsquo;enregistrement, la collecte et le recyclage.<\/p><p>Pour les piles \u2264 20 kg, seule une contribution environnementale est pay\u00e9e.
