class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu'est-ce que le droit individuel \u00e0 la formation ? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1964449 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1964449\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le droit individuel \u00e0 la formation garantit \u00e0 chaque travailleur en Belgique le droit \u00e0 <strong>au moins cinq jours de formation par an<\/strong> \u00e0 partir de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Attention, v\u00e9rifiez bien les r\u00e8gles impos\u00e9es par votre secteur, car elles peuvent s&rsquo;\u00e9carter de cette r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
