II. 1-6, \u00a7 1, 2\u00b0, a. du Codex <\/strong><\/a> de r\u00e9diger un rapport mensuel ou trimestriel du SIPPT, en plus du <strong>Plan Global de Pr\u00e9vention<\/strong>, du <strong>Plan d&rsquo;Action<\/strong> <strong>Annuel <\/strong>et du rapport annuel. Pourtant, dans la pratique, nous constatons que bon nombre d&rsquo;entreprises ne savent toujours pas ce que cela implique exactement et pourquoi cela peut \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour leur politique de bien-\u00eatre. Selon la taille de l&rsquo;entreprise ou de l&rsquo;institution, il est charg\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer <strong>un Rapport Mensuel ou un Rapport Trimestriel SIPPT<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Chaque entreprise est divis\u00e9e en groupes A, B, C ou D en fonction de sa taille et de son niveau de risque. Toutes les entreprises du <strong>groupe A<\/strong> (plus de 1 000 salari\u00e9s ou niveau de risque \u00e9lev\u00e9), du <strong>groupe B<\/strong> (200 \u00e0 1 000 salari\u00e9s ou niveau de risque \u00e9lev\u00e9) et du <strong>groupe C+<\/strong> (entre 50 et 200 salari\u00e9s) sont tenues de pr\u00e9parer un rapport mensuel <u>tous les mois<\/u>. Les entreprises du <strong>groupe C- <\/strong>(entre 20 et 50 salari\u00e9s) et du <strong>groupe D <\/strong>(moins de 20 salari\u00e9s) doivent pr\u00e9parer un rapport mensuel<u> tous les trois mois<\/u> <a href=\"https:\/\/werk.belgie.be\/sites\/default\/files\/content\/documents\/Welzijn%20op%20het%20werk\/Regelgeving\/Codex%20boek%20I%20titel%202%20Algemene%20beginselen%20betreffende%20het%20welzijnsbeleid.pdf\">(<strong>(Codex art. Le rapport a une structure fixe sur laquelle une entreprise peut s&rsquo;appuyer.
