Terms of Use - External Guest Access
Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden (‘Voorwaarden’) regelen de toegang van externe gastgebruikers (‘u’, ‘gastgebruiker’) tot bronnen die door PREVOM BV, Molenstraat 167, 2840 Rumst, België (‘het bedrijf’, ‘wij’, ‘ons’, ‘onze’) beschikbaar worden gesteld via onze Microsoft Entra ID-tenant, waarbij u zich authenticeert met een externe identiteit (met inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot, een Google-account of een Entra ID-account dat toebehoort aan een andere organisatie).
Door deze Voorwaarden te aanvaarden wanneer u hierom wordt gevraagd bij het inloggen, gaat u ermee akkoord hieraan gebonden te zijn. Indien u hiermee niet akkoord gaat, mag u niet doorgaan en krijgt u geen toegang tot de betreffende bronnen.
1. Definities
Gastgebruiker: een externe persoon die niet in dienst is van de Vennootschap en die wordt uitgenodigd om toegang te krijgen tot specifieke hulpmiddelen binnen de Microsoft Entra ID-tenant van de Vennootschap via een externe identiteitsprovider.
Hulpmiddelen: de toepassingen, websites, bestanden of systemen binnen de tenant van de Vennootschap waarvoor u specifiek bent uitgenodigd.
Tenant: de Microsoft Entra ID-omgeving van de Vennootschap waarin externe identiteiten worden gefedereerd voor gasttoegang.
2. Omvang van de Toegang
De toegang die op grond van deze Voorwaarden wordt verleend, is beperkt tot de specifieke Hulpmiddelen waarvoor u door de Vennootschap of een gemachtigde vertegenwoordiger van de Vennootschap bent uitgenodigd. De toegang strekt zich niet uit tot andere systemen, gegevens of hulpmiddelen binnen de Tenant, tenzij deze afzonderlijk en uitdrukkelijk worden verleend.
Uw toegang wordt uitsluitend verstrekt voor het zakelijke doel waarvoor u bent uitgenodigd (bijvoorbeeld samenwerking met de Vennootschap of een vertegenwoordiger van de Vennootschap) en mag niet voor andere doeleinden worden gebruikt.
3. Verplichtingen van de Gastgebruiker
Als Gastgebruiker stemt u ermee in dat u:
- de Hulpmiddelen uitsluitend gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor toegang is verleend;
- uw inloggegevens van de externe identiteitsprovider veilig bewaart en deze niet deelt met anderen;
- niet probeert toegang te verkrijgen tot Hulpmiddelen, gegevens of systemen buiten de reikwijdte van uw uitnodiging;
- geen schadelijke code uploadt, verzendt of introduceert en niet probeert de Tenant of Hulpmiddelen te verstoren of te compromitteren;
- alle toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving naleeft, waaronder regelgeving inzake gegevensbescherming; en
- PREVOM BV onmiddellijk informeert via it@prevom.be wanneer u zich bewust wordt van onbevoegde toegang tot uw account of de Hulpmiddelen.
4. Gegevensbescherming
De Vennootschap verwerkt persoonsgegevens die worden ontvangen van uw externe identiteitsprovider (zoals uw naam, e-mailadres en organisatie) om uw gasttoegang toe te kennen, te beheren en te registreren, overeenkomstig ons Privacybeleid
Wanneer de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (EU) 2016/679 van toepassing is, kunt u uw rechten als betrokkene uitoefenen zoals beschreven in dat Privacybeleid.
De Vennootschap vertrouwt op de authenticatie- en beveiligingsmaatregelen van uw externe identiteitsprovider (bijvoorbeeld Google of de Microsoft Entra ID-tenant van een andere organisatie) om uw identiteit te verifiëren en ontvangt of bewaart niet het wachtwoord van dat externe account.
5. Vertrouwelijkheid
Alle niet-openbare informatie waartoe u toegang krijgt via de Hulpmiddelen moet als vertrouwelijk worden behandeld en uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor toegang is verleend. U mag dergelijke informatie niet aan derden bekendmaken zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de Vennootschap, behalve wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is.
6. Geen Garantie
De Hulpmiddelen worden geleverd « zoals ze zijn » en « zoals beschikbaar ». Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan wijst de Vennootschap alle expliciete en impliciete garanties af met betrekking tot de Hulpmiddelen, waaronder beschikbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid en geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel.
De Vennootschap garandeert niet dat toegang via uw externe identiteitsprovider ononderbroken of foutloos zal zijn en is niet verantwoordelijk voor storingen of incidenten die afkomstig zijn van die provider.
7. Beëindiging en Intrekking van Toegang
De Vennootschap kan uw gasttoegang op elk moment zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving intrekken of opschorten, onder meer wanneer het doel waarvoor toegang werd verleend is geëindigd, wanneer deze Voorwaarden worden geschonden of als onderdeel van periodieke toegangsbeoordelingen.
Uw toegang en uw aanvaarding van deze Voorwaarden kunnen eveneens vervallen of hernieuwing vereisen overeenkomstig het levenscyclusbeleid voor gasttoegang van de Vennootschap.
8. Toepasselijk Recht
Op deze Voorwaarden is Belgisch recht van toepassing, met uitsluiting van de regels inzake conflictenrecht. Indien u een consument binnen de EU bent, geniet u eveneens van de dwingende bepalingen van het recht van uw woonland.
9. Wijzigingen van deze Voorwaarden
De Vennootschap kan deze Voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd wijzigen. Indien de Voorwaarden worden bijgewerkt, kan u worden gevraagd deze opnieuw te aanvaarden voordat u verdere toegang krijgt tot de Hulpmiddelen.

Les présentes Conditions d’utilisation (« Conditions ») régissent l’accès des utilisateurs invités externes (« Vous », « Utilisateur invité ») aux ressources mises à disposition par PREVOM BV, Molenstraat 167, 2840 Rumst, Belgique (« la Société », « Nous », « Notre ») via notre locataire Microsoft Entra ID, lorsque vous vous authentifiez à l’aide d’une identité externe (y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, un compte Google ou un compte Entra ID appartenant à une autre organisation).
En acceptant ces Conditions lors de votre connexion, vous acceptez d’être lié par celles-ci. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord, vous ne devez pas poursuivre et l’accès aux ressources concernées ne vous sera pas accordé.
1. Définitions
Utilisateur invité : personne externe non employée par la Société et invitée à accéder à des ressources spécifiques au sein du locataire Microsoft Entra ID de la Société via un fournisseur d’identité externe.
Ressources : applications, sites, fichiers ou systèmes du locataire de la Société auxquels vous êtes spécifiquement invité à accéder.
Locataire : environnement Microsoft Entra ID de la Société au travers duquel les identités externes sont fédérées pour l’accès invité.
2. Portée de l’accès
L’accès accordé en vertu des présentes Conditions est limité aux Ressources spécifiques pour lesquelles vous avez été invité par la Société ou un représentant autorisé de celle-ci.
Votre accès est fourni uniquement pour le besoin professionnel ayant motivé votre invitation et ne peut être utilisé à d’autres fins.
3. Obligations de l’utilisateur invité
Vous vous engagez à :
- utiliser les Ressources uniquement aux fins pour lesquelles l’accès a été accordé ;
- conserver en sécurité les informations d’authentification de votre fournisseur d’identité externe ;
- ne pas tenter d’accéder à des ressources hors du périmètre de votre invitation ;
- ne pas introduire de code malveillant ni compromettre le Locataire ou les Ressources ;
- respecter toutes les lois applicables, y compris celles relatives à la protection des données ;
- informer rapidement la Société à l’adresse it@prevom.be de tout accès non autorisé constaté.
4. Protection des données
La Société traite les données personnelles reçues de votre fournisseur d’identité externe (nom, adresse électronique, organisation, etc.) afin d’accorder, gérer et enregistrer votre accès invité, conformément à notre Politique de confidentialité.
Lorsque le Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (UE) 2016/679 s’applique, vous pouvez exercer vos droits conformément à cette politique.
La Société s’appuie sur les mécanismes d’authentification et de sécurité de votre fournisseur d’identité externe pour vérifier votre identité et ne reçoit ni ne stocke le mot de passe associé à ce compte externe.
5. Confidentialité
Toute information non publique à laquelle vous accédez via les Ressources doit être considérée comme confidentielle et utilisée uniquement dans le cadre pour lequel l’accès a été accordé.
6. Absence de garantie
Les Ressources sont fournies « en l’état » et « selon disponibilité ». Dans la mesure maximale autorisée par la loi applicable, la Société exclut toute garantie expresse ou implicite concernant les Ressources.
7. Résiliation et révocation de l’accès
La Société peut révoquer ou suspendre votre accès invité à tout moment et sans préavis.
Votre accès et votre acceptation des présentes Conditions peuvent également expirer ou nécessiter un renouvellement conformément aux politiques de gestion du cycle de vie des accès invités de la Société.
8. Droit applicable
Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit belge, à l’exclusion des règles de conflit de lois. Si vous êtes un consommateur de l’Union européenne, vous bénéficiez également des dispositions impératives applicables dans votre pays de résidence.
9. Modifications des Conditions
La Société peut modifier les présentes Conditions à tout moment. En cas de mise à jour, il pourra vous être demandé de les accepter à nouveau avant de poursuivre l’accès aux Ressources.

These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) govern access by external guest users (‘You’, ‘Guest User’) to resources made available by PREVOM BV, Molenstraat 167, 2840 Rumst, Belgium (‘the Company’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’) through Our Microsoft Entra ID tenant, where You authenticate using an external identity (including but not limited to a Google account or an Entra ID account belonging to another organization).
By accepting these Terms when prompted at sign-in, You agree to be bound by them. If You do not agree, You must not proceed and will not be granted access to the relevant resources.
1. Definitions
Guest User means an external individual, not employed by the Company, who is invited to access specified resources within the Company’s Microsoft Entra ID tenant using an external identity provider.
Resources means the applications, sites, files, or systems within the Company’s tenant that You are specifically invited to access.
Tenant means the Company’s Microsoft Entra ID environment through which external identities are federated for guest access.
2. Scope of Access
Access granted under these Terms is limited to the specific Resources for which You have been invited by the Company or by an authorized Company representative. Access does not extend to any other systems, data, or resources within the Tenant unless separately and expressly granted.
Your access is provided solely for the business purpose for which You were invited (e.g., collaboration with the Company or a Company representative) and may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Guest User Obligations
As a Guest User, You agree that You will:
- use the Resources only for the purpose for which access was granted;
- keep Your external identity provider credentials secure and not share them with any other person;
- not attempt to access Resources, data, or systems beyond the scope of Your invitation;
- not upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Tenant or Resources;
- comply with all applicable laws, including data protection law, in Your use of the Resources; and
- promptly notify the Company at it@prevom.be if You become aware of unauthorized access to Your account or to the Resources.
4. Data Protection
The Company processes personal data received from Your external identity provider (such as Your name, email address, and organization) in order to grant, manage, and log Your guest access, in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies, You may exercise Your rights as a data subject as described in that Privacy Policy.
The Company relies on the authentication and security controls of Your external identity provider (e.g., Google or another organization’s Microsoft Entra ID tenant) to verify Your identity and does not receive or store the password associated with that external account.
5. Confidentiality
Any non-public information You access through the Resources must be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose for which access was granted. You must not disclose such information to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. No Warranty
The Resources are provided to You ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Resources, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that access via Your external identity provider will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not responsible for outages or incidents originating from that provider.
7. Termination and Revocation of Access
The Company may revoke or suspend Your guest access at any time, without prior notice, including where the purpose for which access was granted has ended, where these Terms are breached, or as part of periodic access reviews. Your access and Your acceptance of these Terms may also expire or require renewal in accordance with the Company’s guest access lifecycle policies.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, excluding its conflict of law rules. If You are an EU consumer, You will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Where the Terms are updated, You may be asked to re-accept them before continuing to access the Resources.
