Movimento

Movimento

By entering into a partnership with Movimento, our offer in terms of ergonomics has greatly increased. Together with Movimento, we will take care of the screening of companies for ergonomic risks, we will carry out an in-depth analysis specifically at workstations and we will link this to practically oriented workshops. Thanks to Movimento's in-depth expertise in ergonomics, we can help our customers improve their workplace comfort and reduce work-related complaints. The workshops are interactive and practice-oriented, allowing employees to gain directly applicable knowledge. This collaboration ensures that we not only help companies to meet legal requirements (such as a risk analysis of VDU work), but also to create a healthier and more productive working environment.

Fema

Since 1936, Fema has represented the professional interests of Belgian building materials dealers. As a full member of the Joint Committee for the Construction Industry (PC124), Fema plays an active role in sectoral negotiations. In collaboration with contractors’ organizations, we negotiate biennially on collective labor agreements regarding wages and working conditions within the building materials trade. In addition, Fema is involved in various non-commercial initiatives within the construction value chain, with a strong focus on collaboration and sustainable development. To support our members in running a healthy and future-oriented business, we focus on three key themes: training, digitalization, and sustainability. In terms of training, Fema offers a wide range of recognized courses, fully tailored to the needs of building materials dealers. These courses combine in-depth expertise with practical applications and aim to strengthen skills, foster innovation, and support professionals in a constantly evolving sector. Thanks to our collaboration with Constructiv, employees under PC124 can benefit from additional financial support, making these training programs even more accessible to our members.
