Prevention advisor level I

Region: Ghent, East Flanders

As a prevention consultant, you will advise management and all employees in your area of expertise. You are responsible for the following:

Developing the safety operations within the company so that you can ensure the the well-being of our employees in a safe working environment.
Through your involvement on the workplace floor and frequent consultations with management, line managers and employees actively reinforce awareness around safety. You ensure that everyone is better informed and sensitized, and you motivate employees to apply safety regulations.
You will prepare relevant reports and records and take care of related administration.
Further developing the internal prevention policy.
You will coordinate and conduct activities such as safety training, audits, incident analysis and workplace inspections to ensure safety.

You hold a Level 1 Prevention Advisor diploma.
Additional Environmental Coordinator A and/or Safety Coordinator certification is a plus.
You are solution-oriented and can make decisions. You are a team player.
You have a good knowledge of current legislation.
Safety is your thing and you follow the latest trends.
Being result-oriented and having a “can-do” mentality is right up your alley.
