Job Description
As a prevention consultant, you will advise management and all employees in your area of expertise.
Among other things, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the safety operations within the company so that you can ensure the well-being of our employees in a safe working environment
- Through your involvement on the workplace floor and frequent consultations with management, line managers and employees you actively strengthen awareness around safety
- You ensure that everyone is better informed and sensitised, and you motivate employees to apply safety regulations
- You will prepare relevant reports and records and take care of related administration
- Further developing the internal prevention policy.
- You will coordinate and conduct activities such as safety training, audits, incident analysis and workplace inspections to ensure safety.
Profile
- You hold a Level 1 Prevention Advisor diploma.
- Additional Environmental Coordinator A and/or Safety Coordinator certification is a plus.
- You are solution-oriented and can make decisions.
- You are a team player.
- You have a good knowledge of current legislation.
- Safety is your thing and you follow the latest trends.
- Being result-oriented and having a “can-do” mentality is right up your alley.
