Job Description
Put your passion for safety to use as a Safety Consultant!
Do you have experience as a Level I Prevention Consultant and do you really want to make a difference? As a Safety Consultant, you are the one who spots risks, comes up with practical solutions and helps build smart safety strategies for companies. Sounds like a challenge that suits you? Read on quickly!
What will you do?
In this role, you get all the freedom to shape your work yourself. You will combine practical analysis with strategic planning and ensure that companies work in a safer, healthier and better-organised way. What exactly does that entail? Here are a few examples:
- Risk analysis and advice: You dive into the details of workplace accidents, occupational diseases and other risks. Then you come up with solutions that really work, both in the short and long term.
- Preparing reports: From an overall prevention plan to annual reports – you make sure the administration is neatly organised. In doing so, you help companies keep track of safety measures.
- Advice and implementation: You help think about how workplaces can become safer and healthier, and ensure that your plans are actually implemented. Think about training for employees or clear guidelines for management.
- Tackling projects: Whether developing emergency procedures or optimising work processes, you help companies work smarter and safer.
Every day is different and full of new challenges, but one thing remains the same: you make an impact!
Your profile
- You have a Level 1 Prevention Advisor diploma (an Environmental Coordinator A and/or Safety Coordinator certificate is an added plus!).
- You are solution-oriented, decisive and enjoy working together in a team.
- You have a good knowledge of current legislation (Codex).
- You always think one step ahead and have the drive to exceed our customers’ expectations time and again.
- You enjoy challenging both yourself and your colleagues to keep growing and making processes smarter and more efficient.
We offer
- An attractive salary package with fringe benefits.
- A position with a lot of variety, in which you can work both policy-wise and practically, and in which you will have plenty of opportunities for further development.
- A friendly team where cooperation and team spirit are really important. You will be part of our Department League, where we regularly organise fun teambuilding activities. The perfect time to get to know your colleagues – prevention advisers and consultants – better and have a good time together!
- Work-life balance is important to us, on top of your legally accrued holidays you can accrue 12 ADV days annually.
