Prevom BV may process your public data. These include data subject to publication requirements, such as the publication of your appointment as a director of a company.

Article 4 – Purposes of processing

4.1. General purposes:

Prevom BV will only use the collected personal data for the following purposes:

  • IP address (see article 2.1): in order to continuously improve its website and services, Prevom BV may include your personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be traced, with the legal basis being the legitimate interests of Prevom BV.
  • E-mail address (when subscribing to the newsletter) (see article 2.2.): for the purpose of sending you direct marketing (automatic e-mail messages or other electronic messages), newsletters, employment information, or information on planned activities (lectures, seminars, work lunches) subject to your explicit, prior consent.
  • Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payroll information, curriculum vitae, cover letters, notes made during the job interview, information on education and work experience, evaluation forms and results of any tests and assessments, payroll information including national register number, address, seniority, marital status, bank account number, family composition, date of birth, salary and pay slips (see Articles 2.3 and 2.4): in order to provide you with the requested services and to comply with legal requirements with the legal basis of the performance of a contract.
  • Photos and videos (see article 2.3 and 2.4.): to be used for our internal communication with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent
  • Name, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number (see article 2.5): to provide you with the requested services and to comply with legal requirements with the legal basis being the performance of a contract requested by you, and, if indicated by you, also the sending of direct marketing, with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent.
  • You are not obliged to disclose your personal data, but the provision of certain services may be prevented if you refuse processing
4.2. Direct marketing

Personal data will also be used for direct marketing, provided you have given your additional consent.

If you are already included in our mailing list, Prevom BV may use your data to send marketing related to Prevom BV and its services. In addition, Prevom BV may also pass on your data to its partners for the purpose of direct marketing.

  • e-mail address (when subscribing to the newsletter) (see article 2.2.): for the duration of the requested provision of services;
  • name , address, e-mail address, telephone number, payroll information, curriculum vitae, cover letters, notes made during the job interview, information on education and work experience, evaluation forms and results of any tests and assessments, payroll information including national register number, address, seniority, marital status, bank account number, family composition, date of birth, salary and pay slips (see Articles 2.3 and 2.4) for the duration of the requested provision of services and employment and in accordance with applicable legislation;
  • Name, e-mail address, telephone number and bank account number (see article 2.5): for the duration of the requested provision of services;
  • In any case, the aforementioned personal data will be kept in accordance with the specific legal requirements, as well as the statutes of limitation that require us to keep your personal data for longer, e.g. to defend ourselves against a claim in court.

Article 6 – Your rights

6.1.Right of access and inspection:

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as Prevom BV’s use of this data, at any time and without obligation.

6.2. Right of rectification, deletion and restriction:

You are free to communicate or not to communicate your personal data to Prevom BV.
In addition, you always have the right to ask us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. You acknowledge that if you refuse to communicate your data or request deletion, certain services and products may not be available.

You also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons.

6.7. Automatic decisions and profiling:

The processing of your personal data does not include profiling, nor will you be subject to automated decisions by us.

6.8. Right to file complaint:

You have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian

This is without prejudice to a remedy before a civil court.
If you should suffer damages as a result of the processing of your personal data, you may bring a claim for compensation.

Article 7 -Security and confidentiality.

7.1. We have developed security measures adapted at the technical and organizational levels to avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorized access or notification to third parties of the personal data collected as well as any other unauthorized processing of this data.

7.2. In no event can Prevom BV be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from any erroneous or unlawful use by a third party of the personal data.
Prevom BV has ensured that when relying on third parties to process
personal data, these third parties will be bound by the same Privacy Rules.

7.3. You must comply with security regulations at all times, including avoiding any unauthorized access to your login and code.
